The editor of a Chicago newspaper is facing the prospect of losing his top reporter and ex wife to an insurance salesman but he’s not giving up easily The crafty editor uses every trick in the book to get the reporter to write one final big hitting story about a murderer and the hapless Sheriff. Things get more and more hilarious as the editor’s friend, his mother and the crooked Mayor get drawn into the plot.
Escape From Angola- This is an exciting family adventure film about a family that escapes Africa.
The Road To Bali – Two unemployed pals accept a job looking for treasure and find lots of trouble in the process.
Meet John Doe– This is a classic movie from Director Frank Capra about a man who agrees to impersonate a nonexistent person who said he’d be committing suicide as a protest, and a political movement begins. This is a heartwarming story about a man who begins to believe in the “Be a better Neighbor” campaign that he starts and must deal with corrupt interest that would want to exploit the movement for nefarious purposes.
The Missouri Traveler – Great color feel good movie. A teenage orphan arrives in a small town in the 1950s where a crusty small-town newspaper editor decides to take the boy in and give him a chance at a regular life. However, a wealthy neighbourhood farmer also takes an interest but treats the boy cruelly despite hidden feelings of affection and concern. The boy proves his worth by training racehorses for the annual horse race.
Made For Each Other – 1939 Classic. A newly married couple struggle with financial problems, ill health and the mother-in-law. Then their baby son is seriously unwell and needs a serum that must be flown from Salt Lake City. Typically the weather deteriorates and flights are grounded. Can the baby be saved and will the couple’s love remain intact?

My Favorite Brunette – 1947 Bob Hope comedy that is great fun. Can a baby photographer on death row who has been framed reveal the truth? Typical Bob Hope movie that is regarded as a bit of a minor classic. Perfect for a relaxed evening at home.
Jack And The Beanstalk – Abbot and Costello star in this hysterical version of “Jack And The Beanstalk” based on the classic fairy tale.
At war With The Army- Hysterical comedy with Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin as they go into the army during World War 2.
The Legend Of Boggy Creek – A g-rated adventure film about a Bigfoot like monster.
Topper Returns – Another great old classic black and white movie. Gail Richards is accompanying Ann Carrington who is visiting her father, Henry, at his spooky,old, country estate. It’s been a long time since she’s seen him. They get a lift from Cosmo Topper, who lives nearby. Gail is murdered that night and her spirit seeks out Topper to find out who killed her and the reason.
The Amazing Adventure – Classic Cary Grant movie in which he makes a bet that he can live for a whole year without touching his own wealth. Feel good comedy. Not the greatest film quality but more than watchable and totally charming.
Sandy The Seal –This is a heartwarming story about a family that fights for a seal.
Sita Sings The Blues – Incredible animated musical movie that is beautifully presented, funny and heart warming. It is a mix of ancient tragedy and modern comedy that tells the story of a woman who is dumped by email by her husband who has just moved to India. It is set to a musical score of 1920s jazz by Annette Hanshaw.
The Big Trees- This is a Kirk Douglas film about a Quaker colony that tries to stop a greedy logger baron from exploiting the Sequoia forest region.
The Legend Of Big Foot-A man seeks out to find Bigfoot and finds himself in for an amazing wilderness adventure.

Watch a lioness and her cubs reunite – Lioness Fiona & her cubs reunite after an afternoon nap. Fiona was napping under a tree, while the cubs were quite a distance away, napping up in a tree with male lion “Nubi”. Fiona called for her cubs, and they eventually came running to meet up with her.
